- Communications: Messages you send us, including support inquiries, feedback, and chat history with our AI features.
- User Content: Search queries, watchlists, notes, and other content you submit.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, and language.
- Usage Information: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on pages, links clicked, search queries, and referring URLs.
- Location Information: General geographic location based on IP address.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and error logs.

We may receive information from:
- Snaptrade: Portfolio data and account information when you connect your brokerage.
- OpenAI: Response data generated through our AI features.
- Polygon/Massive: Market data and financial information.
- Analytics Providers: Information about your Platform interactions.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- Provide Services: Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Personalization: Customize your experience and provide relevant content
- Communications: Send service notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages

7.4 California "Shine the Light"
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure to third parties for direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
8. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and to opt out of certain processing activities.
8.1 Virginia (VCDPA)
Virginia residents have the right to: access, correct, and delete personal data; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling for decisions with legal or significant effects. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@rallies.ai. We will respond within 45 days.
8.2 Colorado (CPA)
Colorado residents have rights similar to Virginia, including the right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests.
8.3 Connecticut (CTDPA)
Connecticut residents have rights to access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out. We will respond within 45 days (with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary).

Rallies.ai is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as our lawful transfer mechanism under Article 46 of the GDPR.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@rallies.ai, and we will delete such information.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
12.1 OpenAI
Our AI features are powered by OpenAI. Your conversations with AI features are processed by OpenAI under our data processing agreement. We have implemented safeguards to protect your privacy in AI interactions.
12.2 Snaptrade
When you connect brokerage accounts, Snaptrade acts as an intermediary. Snaptrade does not share your brokerage credentials with us. Your use of Snaptrade is subject to their terms and privacy policy.
12.3 Analytics and Data Providers
We use third-party analytics services and obtain financial data from Polygon/Massive and other providers.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy with a new effective date and, where required, by email notification. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
