This document provides important disclosures about specific features and functionalities available on Rallies.ai (the "Platform"). These disclosures supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Use and Risk Disclosures.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Rallies.ai is an investment research and educational platform operated by Blotter Inc., a Delaware corporation. We are NOT a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this Platform constitutes personalized investment advice.

1. AI CHAT FEATURE

The AI Chat feature allows users to ask questions about investments, securities, market data, and financial concepts. The AI is powered by OpenAI's technology.

1.1 In-Product Disclosure Requirement

The following disclosure appears prominently at the AI Chat entry point:

AI-generated responses are for general informational and educational purposes only
The AI does not know your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or time horizon
AI responses should NOT be interpreted as:
Personalized investment advice
Recommendations to buy or sell any security
Guidance tailored to your specific circumstances
The AI may provide analysis, historical data, and general information, but this does NOT constitute a recommendation
All investment decisions are your own responsibility

1.3 AI Hallucination Risk

AI technology may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. The AI may "hallucinate" - generating plausible-sounding but factually incorrect content, including:

Incorrect financial data or statistics
Non-existent company information
Fabricated historical events or price movements
Misattributed quotes or analyses

You should independently verify any information provided by the AI before relying on it.

1.5 Data Processing

Your conversations with the AI are processed by OpenAI. Chat history may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not share sensitive personal financial information such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords.

2. PORTFOLIO CONNECTION FEATURE

2.1 Read-Only Access

Portfolio connections are read-only
We CANNOT execute trades, transfer funds, or make any changes to your brokerage accounts
We do NOT receive or store your brokerage login credentials
Authentication is handled securely by Snaptrade
Rallies.ai is NOT affiliated with your brokerage firm and does NOT act as a broker-dealer

2.2 Data Accuracy

Portfolio data is obtained from your brokerage through Snaptrade
Data may be delayed and may not reflect real-time account balances or positions
We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of portfolio data
For official account information, refer to your brokerage firm's statements

2.3 Portfolio Analysis

Any portfolio analysis, metrics, or insights are for informational purposes only
Portfolio analysis does NOT constitute personalized investment advice or recommendations
Performance calculations, risk metrics, and analytics are estimates based on available data

3. CONGRESSIONAL TRADING DATA

3.1 Data Source and Timing Limitations

Congressional trading data is derived from publicly filed disclosure reports. CRITICAL LIMITATIONS:

No Real-Time Data

This is NOT real-time trading data.

3.2 NOT Investment Signals

THE DISPLAY OF ANY CONGRESSIONAL TRADE IS NOT:

A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
Evidence that the trade is a good investment
A suggestion that you should replicate the trade
Investment advice of any kind

Members of Congress may have:

Different investment objectives than you
Different risk tolerances
Access to information you do not have
Conflicts of interest
Reasons for trading unrelated to investment merit

Copying congressional trades without your own independent analysis is speculative and risky.

3.3 Data Accuracy

We do NOT verify the accuracy of underlying disclosure reports
For official information, refer to the House and Senate disclosure websites

5. EARNINGS DATA AND ANALYSIS

Earnings data, including historical earnings, estimates, and metrics, are for informational purposes only
Analyst estimates are consensus estimates compiled by third parties and may not reflect all opinions
Estimates frequently prove inaccurate - actual earnings may differ materially
Display of earnings data does NOT constitute a recommendation

6. NEWS AND CONTENT AGGREGATION

The Platform may display news and content from third-party sources
Third-party content reflects the views of its authors, NOT Rallies.ai
Inclusion of third-party content is NOT an endorsement or recommendation
We are NOT responsible for the accuracy of third-party content

7. WATCHLISTS AND ALERTS

Watchlist and alert features allow you to track securities of interest
Inclusion of a security on your watchlist does NOT constitute a recommendation
Price alerts are provided on a best-efforts basis and may be delayed or fail to deliver
Do NOT rely solely on Platform alerts for time-sensitive trading decisions

8. AI ARENA / SIMULATED TRADING

The AI Arena feature provides simulated or hypothetical trading scenarios for educational purposes only
Simulated results do NOT represent actual trading and do NOT involve real money
Simulated trading does NOT account for market conditions, liquidity, slippage, commissions, or other real-world factors
Past simulated performance is NOT indicative of future results
Actual trading may result in losses

9.PERSONALIZED DIGESTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Personalized digests and content recommendations are based on your usage patterns, watchlists, and portfolio holdings
Personalization is designed to surface relevant information - it does NOT constitute personalized investment advice
Highlighting or featuring specific securities does NOT imply a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold
Content personalization uses algorithms and may not capture all relevant information

10. GENERAL FEATURE DISCLAIMERS

All features are provided "AS IS" without warranties
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
Technical issues may cause features to be temporarily unavailable or produce errors
We are NOT liable for any investment losses or decisions made based on Platform information

Rallies.ai does not receive or store your brokerage login credentials. Portfolio data may be delayed and may not reflect real-time account balances or positions. For official account information, refer to your brokerage firm's statements. Your use of Snaptrade is subject to Snaptrade's Terms and Conditions.
